West Berkshire Local Offer

West Berkshire Local Offer  provides information to parents and carers of children and young people with special educational needs or disabilities, aged 0 – 25, to help them to understand what services and support, they and their families can expect from a range of local agencies within the local authority.

 

Parental Support

West Berkshire Parent Carer Forum are a group of parents and carers who have children with special educational needs who come together as a collective to try and improve local services. They can also support parents in having their voices heard.

Well-being

Emotional Health Triage  The Emotional Health Triage is a free service open to children and young people in West Berkshire who need support with emotional health difficulties. It is the gateway to many different early support options. Referrals are usually made by family members, schools or GPs. Young people are also able to self-refer to the EHT for support.   Referrals can be made via this link: Emotional Health Triage Referral Form
